青光眼视神经损害的跟踪对青光眼早期诊断治疗都有重要意义。本研究采用的立体视下图象闪烁比较法,以先后两幅图象快速交替闪现法为基础,作为改进建立了立体象对,在立体镜下观察视杯的变化,并用互相关扫描法客观搜索两象间的相对位移。利用计算机图象处理系统,易于实现摄入校正的图象,快速图象闪烁,发现变化部位,计算出两者差值。本研究用此方法对北京同仁医院及德国Erlangen大学眼科医院317只青光眼的视盘进行了跟踪随诊,其中27只眼的视杯发生了变化,最小的匀称性视杯改变为0.048mm~2,最小的局限性视杯改变为0.027mm~2。
Tracking of glaucomatous optic nerve damage is of great importance for the early diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma. In the present study, the stereoscopic vision image flicker comparison method is based on the rapid alternating flashing method of two successive images. As an improvement, a stereoscopic image pair is established, and the change of the optic cup is observed under a stereoscopic view.
