Is the school a place where students can learn and grow together happily, or places that make students lose their joy, lose their learning partners, lose their individuality and creativity? The answer should be self-evident. However, in real life, many schools are deviating from the track of “happy learning” more and more, leading many students to become abhorrent to learning and fleeing from school. How can I change this situation? The author recently read the book “School Challenge: Creating a Learning Community” translated by Professor Zhong Qiquan from Japan’s University of Tokyo, Japan, and I think there is an answer to this question in this book.
