本实验观察了受36.04 GHz等辐波照射后,大鼠腰骶部皮肤超微结构的动态变化。实验采用1mW/cm~2和6 mW/cm~2两种输出功率密度。实验组动物经每日照射1次,每次30min,连续照射6次后,分别在即刻和24,48,72h进行电镜观察。结果发现经1mW/cm~2照射后48和72h,真皮纤维母细胞粗面内质网中度肥大;经6 mW/cm~2照射后24 h,表皮基底层细胞和真皮纤维母细胞线粒体轻度肿胀,嵴变短、减少,表皮基底层细胞间桥粒松解,细胞间连接松散,48h上述改变消失。作者对所观察到的变化进行了初步讨论。
In this experiment, we observed the dynamic changes of the ultrastructure of the lumbo-sacral skin in rats exposed to 36.04 GHz radioactive waves. Experiments using 1mW / cm ~ 2 and 6 mW / cm ~ 2 two kinds of output power density. The authors made a preliminary discussion of the observed changes.
