近年来,路网日益密集,工程中跨线大跨径盖梁的结构设计渐渐增多,相较于常规盖梁而言,其跨径、单次浇筑方量、临时托架的结构均存在较大差异。针对富尔河特大桥大跨径预应力混凝土盖梁销棒法现浇托架,结合现场实际情况,对这一关键结构在最不利工况下,通过有限元分析软件Midas/Civil进行支架仿真模拟建模、计算;运用Pro/Engineer对牛腿结构进行三维实体建模,并利用ANSYS/workbench进行有限元分析,根据后处理结果,提出一种盖梁销棒法牛腿结构的验算方法来验证其是否能够满足施工要求的思路。
In recent years, the road network is becoming more and more intensive. The structural design of long-span covered capping beams in the project is gradually increasing. Compared with the conventional capping beams, there is a big difference in the span, single pouring capacity and temporary bracket structure . In view of the cast-in-place bracing method of long-span prestressed concrete beams with concrete beams in the Furuixi Bridge, combined with the actual situation in the field, this key structure under the most unfavorable conditions was simulated by finite element analysis software Midas / Civil Simulation modeling and calculation are carried out. The three-dimensional solid modeling of the cow leg structure is carried out by using Pro / Engineer, and the finite element analysis is carried out by ANSYS / workbench. According to the post-processing results, Verify whether it can meet the construction requirements of the train of thought.
