对河北苍岩山苦参地上部分生物碱的分布状况进行了薄层层析比较,并用薄层光密度法进行了总生物碱和含量最高的槐定碱的含量测定,总生物碱含量在0.75～0.96％范围,其中槐定碱占总碱的50～70％。
The distribution of alkaloids in the above-ground part of Sophora flavescens in Cangyanshan of Hebei Province was compared by thin-layer chromatography, and the total alkaloids and the highest content of sophoridine were determined by thin-layer densitometry.
