嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)引起感染的报道近年来逐渐增多,国内报告分离出一株及26株。现着重介绍从一例败血症血中分离出一株的细菌学特征:1984年3月17日此孕妇出现阵发性腹痛,频繁腹泻,粘液血水样便,24日凌晨血压下降,胎心音消失,经手术娩出。25日发高热,尿呈酱油色,27日转来我院。检查:体温38.5℃,脉搏160次/分,呼吸深大,皮肤巩膜轻度黄疸,心脏间有颇繁的期前收缩,腹膨隆,全腹压痛和反跳痛,有少量移动性浊音,肛门水肿,查血像白细胞计数27200,中性分叶核73％,Hb4.2g％
