本文用SOS显色试验检测了某市三个不同水源水厂末梢水的遗传毒性,发现三个水源水厂的末梢水都受到了不同程度的遗传毒性污染,其遗传毒性由氯化消毒引起;同时做了Ames试验并与SOS显色试验结果比较,认为在检测饮用水的遗传毒性方面后者更简单可靠。
In this paper, SOS color test was used to detect the genotoxicity of the peripheral water of three different water sources in a certain city. It was found that the peripheral water of the three water sources were all contaminated by genotoxicity in varying degrees. The genotoxicity was caused by chlorination. Ames test was done at the same time and compared with the SOS color development test results, the latter is more simple and reliable in detecting the genotoxicity of drinking water.
