目的研究急性糖负荷后,单纯高脂血症患者血清炎症及氧化应激标志物水平的变化。方法单纯高脂血症患者(HLP组)55例及健康对照者(Con组)54例,进行口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT),检测空腹及OGTT-2 h血清炎症因子C-反应蛋白(CRP),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白介素-6(IL-6),氧化应激指标丙二醛(MDA),过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的水平。结果与对照组相比,空腹及OGTT-2 h时,HLP组血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6和MDA水平升高,SOD和GSH-Px水平下降(P<0.001或P<0.05)。与空腹时相比,HLP组血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平在OGTT-2 h时增高(P<0.05),SOD和GSH-Px水平降低(P<0.001,P<0.05);而对照组仅血清IL-6水平在OGTT-2 h时升高(P<0.05),MDA、SOD和GSH-Px水平下降(P<0.001,P<0.05)。结论急性糖负荷能够进一步加剧恶化高脂血症患者体内的炎症及氧化应激反应,可能在高脂血症致动脉粥样硬化等慢性疾病的发生发展中发挥了重要的作用。
Objective To study the changes of serum inflammation and oxidative stress markers in patients with hyperlipidemia after acute glucose overload. Methods 55 patients with hyperlipidemia (HLP group) and 54 healthy controls (Con group) were given oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) to detect the serum levels of inflammatory cytokines C-reactive protein (CRP) in fasting and OGTT- TNF-α, IL-6, MDA, SOD and GSH-Px GSH-Px) levels. Results Compared with the control group, the serum level of CRP, TNF-α, IL-6 and MDA increased and the levels of SOD and GSH-Px decreased (P <0.001 or P <0.05) in HLP group on fasting and OGTT-2 h. Compared with fasting group, serum levels of CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 in HLP group increased at OGTT-2 h (P <0.05) and SOD and GSH-Px levels decreased The level of serum IL-6 in control group increased (P <0.05) and the levels of MDA, SOD and GSH-Px in OGTT-2 h group decreased (P <0.001, P <0.05). Conclusion Acute glucose loading can further exacerbate inflammation and oxidative stress in hyperlipidemic patients and may play an important role in the development of chronic diseases such as atherosclerosis induced by hyperlipidemia.
