对绵单一号选育过程进行了总结。自选的81565自交系,其亲本组合为引进的墨白94S1×自选中间材料(金03×获白)S2,采用“偏才杂交-自交-姊妹交”的方法,经多环境胁迫下育成。它具有热带种质优良特性和温带地方种质的适应性。自交系81565与南21-3组配的绵单一号表现出高特殊配合力,抗逆性强,产量高,品质上乘。配套的改良绵单一号制种单产比对应单交种提高60%以上,一代种产量水平与对应单交种相当,但品质优,籽粒赖氨酸含量达0.36%,更接近高赖氨酸品种标准。经测定:81565及其衍生系同温带亚温带种质有广泛的配合力。81565系的育成,成功地利用了原产热带优良偏才种质资源,同时为西南暖湿山区玉米高产优质新品种选育提供了优质硬胚乳新质源。
The single cotton breeding process was summarized. Self-selected 81565 inbred lines, their parent combination for the introduction of Mo Bai 94S1 × optional intermediate material (gold 03 × white) S2, using “partial crossing - selfing - sisters pay” method, under multi-environmental stress breeding . It has the excellent features of tropical germplasm and adaptability to temperate germplasm. Inbred line 81565 and South 21-3 group with a single cotton number showed high special combining ability, strong resistance, high yield, high quality. The yield of single-seed varieties improved by more than 60% compared with the corresponding single-seed varieties. The yield of the first-generation varieties was comparable with that of the corresponding single cross-breeds, but the quality was good. The content of lysine in grains reached 0.36% Acid species standards. It has been determined that 81565 and its derivatives have a broad range of combining ability with temperate temperate temperate germplasm. 81565 lines successfully used the native tropical elite genomics resources and provided a new source of high-quality hard endosperm for the breeding of high-yielding and high-quality new varieties of maize in southwest warm-humid mountainous area.
