人体旋毛虫病是由于生食或半熟食含有旋毛虫幼虫的动物肉而感染的疾病。本病是一种较常见的寄生虫病,分布于全世界,但以欧美尤以北美发病率高。我国自1936年首次报导人体旋毛虫病后,陆续在西藏、云南等地区发现此病流行。但在我省内尚未见报导。1990年我们在进行我区人体特殊蠕虫流行病学调查过程中,发现了1例因食半熟肉而引起发热腹泻、肌肉痛病人,按肠炎、腹泻治疗效果不明显,后做ELISA试验、旋 Human Trichinellosis is a disease caused by the infection of animal meat containing the Trichinella spiralis in raw or semi-cooked foods.
