目的探讨胸腺素α原对老龄鼠免疫功能及甲状腺激素分泌的调节作用。方法采用分光光度法检测血清溶血素和抗体形成细胞;MTT法检测淋巴细胞转化;放免法检测血清甲状腺激素(T3、T4及TSH);并称小鼠胸腺、脾脏重量,计算相应指数。结果与对照组相比,胸腺素α原可明显提高胸腺及脾脏指数;促进血清溶血素的分泌,并提高抗体形成细胞水平;促进淋巴细胞转化;促进血清T3、T4分泌,降低TSH的分泌。结论胸腺素α原不仅具有免疫刺激活性,也可调节T3、T4、TSH的合成分泌。
Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of thymosin α on the immune function and thyroid hormone secretion in aged rats. Methods Serum hemolysin and antibody-forming cells were detected by spectrophotometry. Lymphocyte transformation was detected by MTT assay. Serum thyroid hormones (T3, T4 and TSH) were detected by radioimmunoassay. The mouse thymus and spleen weights were also calculated and the corresponding indices were calculated. Results Compared with the control group, thymosin α could significantly increase the index of thymus and spleen; promote the secretion of serum hemolysin and increase the level of antibody-forming cells; promote lymphocyte transformation; promote the secretion of serum T3 and T4 and decrease the secretion of TSH. Conclusion Thymosin α not only has immunostimulatory activity, but also regulates the synthesis and secretion of T3, T4 and TSH.
