此故障现象首先必须确定是系统控制部分还是进出盘推动电路故障。用万用表CD10V档分别接在系统控制集成块CXP1011Q的⒆脚、⒇脚按下进出盘键,⒆脚电压由原来5V跳变到0.3V,而⒇脚0.3V不变,当进出盘周期过去,⒆脚恢复原来的电平状态。再次按下进出盘键,⒆脚不变,⒇脚由0.3V跳变到5V,由此证明系统控制部分逻辑功能正常,检查KA9256进出盘推动电路供电电源正常,为12V,测得KA9256的⑧、⑨脚在按进出盘键时,无电压输出,判断KA9256损坏,更换后机器恢复正常。
