设计了两种半导体激光器电源，一种用干电池供电，体积小巧；另一种精度较高，电流从 ３０ｍ Ａ 到 ２ Ａ 连续可调，且具有可调的电流限制功能。
Two types of semiconductor laser power supplies are designed, one is powered by a dry cell battery, and the other is of high precision. The current is continuously adjustable from 30 mA to 2 A with adjustable current limiting.
