通过对二辊定径机孔型几何参数的分析和研究,总结生产实践经验,创造了二辊定径机孔型设计的一种新方法—宽展系数法。为拓宽定径机轧制规格,提高经济效益做了有益的探讨。
Through the analysis and research on the geometrical parameters of two-pass sizing machine, the paper summarizes the practical experience of production and creates a new method of wide-pass coefficient method for the design of two-pass sizing machine. In order to expand the sizing mill rolling specifications, improve economic efficiency made a useful discussion.
