在毛主席革命路线光辉照耀下,我厂试制的2E105型柴油机自七一年九月鉴定以来,先后进行了小批生产和扩大使用。由于该机具有体积小、马力大、零件少、油耗低等一系列优点,深受用户的欢迎,但在使用中也发现一些问题,如最大爆发压力较高、活塞肖孔及连杆小头孔的磨损偏差大、油泵凸轮的磨损、喷油咀寿命较短、扫气泵可靠性较差、部分负荷时机油消耗量大、机油温度高等,这些问题直接影响到2E 105柴油机的质量和使用寿命。为此我们做了:
