随着社会的不断发展,我国的工程建设项目逐渐增多,项目的成本控制和预决算工作显得尤为重要,项目投资的有效控制、考核项目的管理水平和经营水平、招标工作等都需要预决算作为参考依据,而项目的成本控制是项目成本管理工作中的重要部分,只有做到良好的成本控制才能有助于缩小工程成本,提高工程项目的收益。本文主要分析项目的成本控制的影响因素及解决对策,研究项目的预决算办理的内涵。
With the constant development of our society, the construction projects in our country are gradually increasing. The cost control and the final accounts work of the project are particularly important. The effective control of the project investment, the management and evaluation of the project, and the bidding work all require the final accounts as Reference basis, and project cost control is an important part of the project cost management, and only good cost control can help reduce the cost of the project and improve the project proceeds. This article mainly analyzes the influencing factors and countermeasures of the project’s cost control and studies the connotation of the project’s final accounts.
