目的:探讨二维超声对子宫畸形的诊断价值,降低误诊率。方法:采用Voluson730及Acuson Sequoia 512彩色实时超声诊断仪,观察子宫的外形,子宫内膜形态与走向及双侧附件情况。对78例子宫畸形患者的超声资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组78例中,经临床证实73例,诊断符合率93.5%,误诊5例,误诊率6.5%。结论:二维超声可作为诊断子宫畸形的首选方法。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of two-dimensional ultrasound on uterine malformations and reduce the misdiagnosis rate. Methods: Voluson730 and Acuson Sequoia 512 color real-time ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus were used to observe the shape of the uterus, the shape and direction of the endometrium, and the situation of bilateral attachments. A retrospective analysis of 78 cases of uterine malformations in patients with ultrasound data. Results: In the group of 78 cases, 73 cases were clinically confirmed, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 93.5%, misdiagnosis in 5 cases, the misdiagnosis rate was 6.5%. Conclusion: Two-dimensional ultrasound can be used as the first choice for the diagnosis of uterine malformations.
