选取花叶蔓长春、扶芳藤和络石3种常绿藤本植物的1年生离体枝条和当年生叶片为材料,测定不同低温处理下的叶片和枝条的相对电导率,并利用logistic方程求拐点值确定3种植物的半致死温度LT50。结果表明:花叶蔓长春、扶芳藤和络石3种植物叶片的半致死温度分别是-3.19℃、-11.73℃、-13.14℃;枝条的半致死温度分别是-5.02℃、-13.34℃、-18.09℃。所以,3种常绿藤本植物的抗寒性强弱顺序为:络石>扶芳藤>花叶蔓长春。
