近年来,随着医疗体制改革的深入进行,我国的卫生事业取得了较快的发展,医院作为具有公益性质的社会服务部门,通过对医院人事档案进行有效的管理,不仅可以实现医院人力资源的合理配置,同时也可以加快卫生人事制度改革的深入进行,使医院得以健康、有序发展。文章从医院人事档案管理工作的作用入手,分析了医院人事档案管理中存在的问题,并进一步对加强医院人事档案管理的具体措施进行了阐述。
