在自由基引发剂的存在下合成了马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯聚合物(PE-g- MAH),着重研究添加剂的种类、用量对接枝反应的影响,采用毛细管流变仪研究了接枝聚合物的流动行为,讨论了剪切速率、温度等对其流变性能的影响.结果表明:体系属于假塑性流体,合成过程中加入少量已内酰胺,可以明显降低体系的表观粘度,提高 PE-g- MAH的流动性能。
In the presence of free radical initiator, maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene (PE-g-MAH) was synthesized. The effects of the type and amount of additives on the grafting reaction were studied. The grafting The flow behavior of polymer was discussed. The effects of shear rate and temperature on the rheological behavior of the polymer were also discussed. The results show that the system belongs to pseudoplastic fluid. Adding a small amount of caprolactam during the synthesis process can significantly reduce the apparent viscosity of the system and improve the flowability of PE-g-MAH.
