应用高级流变扩展系统测试了精铸蜡料在蜡模冷却温度下的储能模量和耗损模量;由时温等效原理计算了中温精铸蜡料的主模量与松弛时间谱。在Abagus中对蜡模在存放过程中的粘弹性变形进行了数值模拟。
The energy storage modulus and wear modulus of castable waxes were tested by using advanced rheological expansion system. The main modulus and relaxation time spectrum of waxes at mid-temperature were calculated by the time-temperature equivalent principle. In Abagus, the viscoelastic deformation of wax mold during storage was numerically simulated.
