为探讨人工蛹虫草子实体(CM)在S180荷瘤小鼠体内对其免疫功能的影响,用CM 300mg·kg~(-1)和600mg·kg~(-1)的剂量连续灌胃10天,分别对有关免疫指标进行检测。结果显示,CM两个剂量组对合成抗绵羊红细胞(SRBC)抗体(血清溶血素)及其抗体形成细胞、NK细胞活性、网状内皮和单核-巨噬细胞系统的吞噬功能,以及TNF-β和IL-2的分泌水平等均有显著提高。这些表明,CM对荷瘤小鼠的多项免疫指标均有明显的增强效应,这在其扶正抗癌的作用中具有重要的意义。
To investigate the effect of artificial Cordyceps militaris fruit body (CM) on immune function in S180 tumor-bearing mice, continuous intragastric administration with CM 300 mg·kg -1 and 600 mg·kg -1 for 10 days , respectively, to detect the relevant immune indicators. The results showed that the CM two-dose group was able to synthesize anti-sheep erythrocyte (SRBC) antibodies (hemolysin) and its antibody-forming cells, NK cell activity, phagocytic function of the reticuloendothelial and monocyte-macrophage systems, and TNF- Secretion levels of β and IL-2 were significantly increased. These indicate that CM has a significant enhancement effect on multiple immune parameters in tumor-bearing mice, which is of great significance in its role of anti-cancer.
