我车间是一个以齿轮加工为主的机械加工车间,现有机械设备94台(其中包括精密设备11台)、动力设备18台、悬臂吊车2台。设有一个机电工段,负责除精密设备以外的全部设备维修和小修任务。车间成立了以设备副主任为组长,有机械员、动力员和各工段长参加的设备管理网,组织设备的日常维护和保养工作。在专管的指导下搞好群管,在群管的基础上提高专管水平,把两者有机地结合起来,在车间的设备管理工作上取得了一些成绩。
My workshop is a mechanical processing workshop mainly gear processing, the existing mechanical equipment 94 (including 11 precision equipment), 18 power equipment, 2 cantilever cranes. There is an electrician section responsible for all equipment maintenance and minor repair tasks except precision equipment. The workshop has set up a deputy director of equipment as the team leader, with equipment management networks attended by mechanics, power crews, and various section chiefs, and organized the daily maintenance and maintenance of equipment. Under the direction of the special management, the group management was done well, and the level of special management was increased on the basis of group management. The two were combined organically and some achievements were made in the equipment management of the workshop.
