针对带有时滞、不确定性的工业过程 ,提出了一种基于模糊预测的无辨识自适应控制方法。这种方法不需要过程的数学模型 ,只要在线检测过程的实际输出和期望输出 ,通过模糊预测控制校正无辨识自适应控制律 ,即可以对时滞、建模困难的工业过程实现自适应控制。采用这种控制方法对冷轧过程中局部板形缺陷进行控制 ,取得了理想的控制效果。
Aiming at the industrial process with time-delay and uncertainty, an adaptive identification control method based on fuzzy prediction is proposed. This method does not need the mathematical model of the process. As long as the actual output and the expected output of the process are detected online, the adaptive control law can be adjusted by fuzzy predictive control to realize adaptive control of industrial processes with time lag and modeling difficulties. Using this control method to control the local plate-shaped defects during cold rolling, the ideal control effect has been achieved.
