食管中上段癌的治疗主要以放射治疗为主 ,而放射治疗又多采用常规放疗 ,应用野中野等中心放射治疗的报道少见。我院自 1998年 9月～ 2 0 0 0年10月对 4 0例中上段食管癌患者随机分组进行放射治疗。其中 2 0例用超分割野中野 (Ａ组 ) ,2 0例用“Ｔ”型野 (Ｂ组 ) ,现将结果报告
