通过金相观察、维氏硬度测试、X射线衍射仪分析,研究了Ti含量、冷加工变形、时效时间和温度对00Cr12Ni9Mo4Cu马氏体时效不锈钢组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,合金中每增加1%Ti含量,硬度值平均增加ΔHV为115,固溶强化、冷加工强化和时效析出强化是合金强化的主要原因,其中时效强化对硬度提高的贡献最大,低Ti合金450℃为最佳时效温度,中高Ti合金475℃为最佳时效温度。但是,过高的Ti含量会引起合金固溶处理后的残余奥氏体和高温δ铁素体数量增多。
The effects of Ti content, cold deformation, aging time and temperature on microstructure and hardness of martensitic stainless steel of 00Cr12Ni9Mo4Cu were studied by metallographic observation, Vickers hardness test and X-ray diffraction analysis. The results show that for every 1% Ti content increase, the average value of ΔHV increased by 115. The solid solution strengthening, cold working and aging precipitation strengthening are the main reasons for the alloy strengthening. The aging strengthening has the greatest contribution to the hardness increase. The low Ti alloy 450 ℃ for the best aging temperature, high-temperature alloy 475 ℃ for the best aging temperature. However, too high Ti content will cause an increase in the amount of retained austenite and high-temperature delta ferrite after solution treatment.
