历时四年的《武汉地区草坪杂草化学防除技术》研究项目,11月8日通过武汉市科技局组织的专家审定。草坪是城市绿化建设的一道亮丽风景线,但由于主栽品种难敌杂草危害,易种难管现象突出。长期以来,主要依靠人工拔除,致使后期绿地成本大大增加及草坪退化现象严重。目前,武汉地区草坪应用面积已达200万平方米,且每年还在以几十万平方米的速度递增。据悉,不光武汉地区,全国各地的草坪均因杂草滋生侵占而“颜色顿失”。
