目的了解临床护理人员针刺伤的发生率、刺伤原因、环节及安全操作行为等问题。方法采用现况调查的方法,选取连云港、南通和镇江市3所三级医院中工作满一年的护理人员,共397人进行问卷调查。结果 84.7%的护理人员发生过针刺伤,年人均刺伤2.5次;78.1%的人被污染针头所伤。针刺伤的发生与护龄长短及职称高低有关;针刺伤多发生在治疗室加药以及处置室针头处理等环节中。针刺伤发生后,只有7.48%的护理人员及时上报。结论护理人员中针刺伤的发生十分普遍,应当在加强健康教育及健康促进的同时,推进相关职业防护法律法规的制定,从而加强职业安全防护的管理与控制。
Objective To understand the incidence of needle stick injuries, causes of stab wounds, links and safe operation of clinical nurses. Methods Based on the investigation of the current situation, 397 nursing staff from one of three tertiary hospitals in Lianyungang, Nantong and Zhenjiang were selected for questionnaire survey. Results A total of 84.7% nursing staff had stab wounds, with a per capita stab wound of 2.5 times. 78.1% of them were injured by contaminated needles. The incidence of acupuncture and nursing care and the length of the job title level related; acupuncture injuries occurred in the treatment room dosing and disposal of needles and other aspects of the treatment room. After the needle stick injury, only 7.48% of nurses reported it in time. Conclusion The incidence of acupuncture among nursing staffs is very common. Health education and health promotion should be strengthened at the same time to promote the formulation of laws and regulations on occupational protection so as to strengthen the management and control of occupational safety and protection.
