文章介绍了某一级公路通车一年后沥青路面产生突然拱起病害后的全面调查、原因分析及对策情况。发现病害后,首先对该路段的进行一系列现场检测与试验,包括:沉降固结分析、渗水试验、取芯、开挖等,查明拱起的直接原因是二灰碎石基层松散,通过对材料的X射线衍射成分分析试验发现:二灰碎石基层中磷石膏的含量超过标准,拱起是由于磷石膏遇水膨胀所致。通过对磷石膏膨胀机理的简要分析,提出了换填水泥稳定碎石的修复措施,经实践检验效果良好,可为同类病害成因情况下的工程修复施工提供经验借鉴。
This article introduces the comprehensive investigation, cause analysis and countermeasure of the sudden emergence of asphalt pavement one year after a certain highway is opened to traffic. After the disease was found, a series of on-site tests and tests were carried out on the road sections, including settlement consolidation analysis, water seepage test, coring and excavation. The direct cause of the arching was that the lime-fly ash ground was loose and passed X-ray diffraction analysis of the material composition test found that: lime-fly ash base level of phosphogypsum than the standard, arching due to the expansion of phosphogypsum due to water. Based on the brief analysis of the mechanism of the expansion of phosphogypsum, the paper put forward the measures for the restoration of cement-stabilized macadam, which is proved to be effective by practice and can provide experiences for engineering restoration and construction under the condition of similar diseases.
