Fluxa Tron公司推出的U—105型脉冲磁化处理刀具系统装置,是一种刀具处理新工艺。该系统对整体硬质合金刀具、大螺旋角立铣刀等切削刀具进行脉磁处理后,可降低刀具的残余应力,增加刀具强度,提高刀具切削寿命。美国Bentz刀具公司在整体硬质合金立铣刀的制造中采用了U—105型脉磁处理工艺后,不但减少了刀具的残余应力,增强了刀具的切削强度,且降低了加工成本。对加工难加工材料的刀具处理效果良好,是一种提高刀具寿命的极好处理工艺。
