为探讨溶菌酶(lysozyme,LZM)对喉癌的抗肿瘤作用,应用免疫组化技术对喉癌患者的癌组织石蜡切片中 LZM 分布进行观测,结果表明:LZM 在巨噬细胞(macrophage,M(?))内呈阳性反应,溶菌酶阳性巨噬细胞(lysozyme positive macrophage,LPM)主要分布在喉癌间质,喉癌间质 LPM成簇分布区常伴大量淋巴细胞浸润;癌组织中 LPM 数目高于手术切端(P<0.01)。随病变范围的扩大,LPM 的数目呈现下降趋势,无颈淋巴结转移者癌组织 LPM 数目高于颈淋巴结转移者(P<0.01)。提示喉癌局部浸润的 LPM 多少与喉癌的发展、转移密切相关;LZM 在 LPM 抗肿瘤过程中起重要作用,它能促进癌间质网状结构破坏,使抗肿瘤细咆易于向肿瘤组织浸润,共同发挥抗肿瘤作用。
To investigate the antitumor effect of Lysozyme (LZM) on laryngeal carcinoma, the distribution of LZM in paraffin sections of laryngeal carcinoma patients was observed by immunohistochemistry. The results showed that LZM in macrophage (M ( ?)), Lysozyme positive macrophage (LPM) is mainly distributed in the interstitial of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, and the laryngeal squamous LPM cluster is often accompanied by a large number of lymphocyte infiltration. The number of LPM Higher than the surgical incision (P <0.01). With the expansion of the lesion, the number of LPM showed a downward trend, and the number of LPM in cancerous tissue without metastasis was higher than that in cervical lymph node metastasis (P <0.01). These results suggest that the number of LPM in laryngeal carcinoma is closely related to the development and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma. LZM plays an important role in anti-tumor therapy of LPM. It can promote the destruction of the reticular structure of the tumor and make it easier for the anti-tumor cells to infiltrate the tumor tissue , Play a joint anti-tumor effect.
