采用压电陶瓷水听器对液体中激光诱导单空泡溃灭噪声进行了信号检测实验。描述了实验仪器实施配置方法,并编制了一款应用小波变换、快速傅里叶变换(FFT)等信号分析手段对测得的空化噪声信号进行小波降噪、功率谱分析的空化噪声分析软件。该软件试用表明,小波降噪技术应用于空化信号分析是一种有效的方法。设计的噪声分析软件能够快速直观地反映噪声信号的频谱特征,实现空化的在线检测和监测。研究结果对水轮机、螺旋桨等水利机械的空蚀预警及空化空蚀现象的研究和应用具有一定意义。
Piezoelectric ceramic hydrophone was used to measure the laser induced single-bubble collapse noise in liquid. Describes the implementation of experimental equipment configuration methods, and the preparation of a use of wavelet transform, fast Fourier transform (FFT) and other signal analysis of the measured cavitation noise signal wavelet denoising, power spectrum analysis of cavitation noise analysis software. The software trial shows that the application of wavelet denoising technology in cavitation signal analysis is an effective method. The designed noise analysis software can quickly and directly reflect the spectral characteristics of the noise signal and realize the online detection and monitoring of cavitation. The research results have certain significance for the research and application of cavitation erosion and cavitation erosion warning of hydraulic machinery such as hydraulic turbines and propellers.
