在即将迈入二十一世纪的今天,家长们都有望子成龙之心,老师们也在狠抓升学率。但似乎大多数家长和老师只顾抓孩子的学习成绩,却忽略了他们的身心健康,进而导致孩子们的精力不足、神经紊乱、感觉失调等有碍身心健康疾病的产生。这就不得不使人产生这样一个疑问:连身心健康都得不到保障,又怎能承担起二十一世纪的重任? 当今,谁最苦、最累、压力最大、最缺少睡眠时间?很多人会说是中、小学生。人们有目共睹:全社会所有工作的成人都已实行周“双休日”时,我们的中、小学生,那些年仅7—17岁左右的孩子们,却恰与成人相反,
As we approach the 21st century, parents are hopeful and teachers are paying close attention to their enrollment. However, it seems that most parents and teachers only pay attention to children’s academic performance, but neglect their physical and mental health, which in turn results in children’s lack of energy, nervous disorders and sensory disturbances that can hinder their mental and physical health. This has forced people to have such a question: even the physical and mental health are not guaranteed, how can we assume the important task of the 21st century? It is obvious to all people that when adults in all the work of the whole society have practiced the weekend weekends, our primary and secondary school students, children aged about 7-17, are just the opposite of adults.
