This book is based on mathematical statistics as a tool, a more systematic introduction to statistics in product quality analysis, product quality process control, product quality sampling, test design, and statistical forecasting and decision-making and other fields. The book consists of nine chapters: Chapter I, basic statistical knowledge; Chapter II, the basis of product quality analysis, including parameter estimation methods and process capability index; Chapter III, product quality control, including control charts and measurement charts; Chapter, hypothesis testing and dialect analysis method; Chapter V, sampling inspection techniques, including counting sampling method and measurement sampling method;
