目的 建立测定硬聚氯乙烯 (UPVC)饮水管材和管件中痕量锡的新方法。方法 应用抗坏血酸作基体改进剂 ,横向塞曼石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定浸泡液中痕量锡。结果 选定了最佳测量条件 ,提高了方法的灵敏度、精密度。本法的最低检出量为 9 3pg ,回收率在 94 0 %~ 10 1 0 %之间。对锡含量为 6 0 μg/L的浸泡液连续测定 11次的相对标准偏差为 4 6 %。结论 本法简便、快速、准确 ,灵敏度和精密度高。适用于硬聚氯乙烯 (UPVC)饮水管材和管件中痕量锡的测定
OBJECTIVE To establish a new method for determination of trace tin in virgin polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) drinking water pipes and fittings. Methods Ascorbic acid was used as matrix modifier to determine trace tin in soaking solution by transverse Zeeman graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The results selected the best measurement conditions, improve the sensitivity and precision of the method. The minimum detectable amount of this method is 9 3 pg and the recovery rate is between 94 0% and 101 0%. The relative standard deviation of 11 consecutive determinations of soaking solution containing 60 μg / L tin was 46%. Conclusion This method is simple, fast, accurate, sensitive and precise. It is suitable for the determination of trace tin in drinking water pipes and fittings of rigid polyvinyl chloride (UPVC)
