福建省尤溪县池田乡从一九八一年开始,进行利用冬闲田栽培蘑菇的试验。经过五年的努力,已初步摸索出一套栽培技术。一九八四年,利用冬闲田栽培蘑菇(土地利用率为72％,每亩实际栽培面积约为480平方米)亩产值达3900-4400元,扣除成本400元,纯收入为3500-4000元。
Ikeda Township, Youxi County, Fujian Province Since 1981, experiments have been conducted to cultivate mushrooms using winter fallow fields. After five years of hard work, a set of cultivation techniques have been initially explored. In 1984, with the cultivation of mushrooms in winter fallow fields (the land utilization rate was 72% and the actual cultivated area per mu was about 480 square meters), the output value per mu reached 3900-4400 yuan, with the deduction cost of 400 yuan and net income of 3500-4000 yuan .
