我是一名班主任教师,为了进一步做好班级后进生的转化工作,我以“我为他(她)鼓掌”为主题召开了一次班会,号召同学要从别人身上发掘闪光点,即找出值得学习值得发扬光大的优点,予以表扬鼓励。
I am a teacher in charge of class. In order to further improve the conversion work of the class, I organized a class with the theme of “I applaud him (her)” and called on the classmates to discover the sparkle from others. The merits of learning worth carrying forward are worth mentioning and encouraging.
