[目的]了解通州区部分蔬菜、水果中农药残留状况。[方法]采用毛细管气相色谱法和固相萃取技术测定蔬菜、水果中有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯农药残留。[结果]2007~2008年检测70件蔬菜和水果样品,有机氯中的三氯杀螨醇均未检出。有机磷检出率为12.9%,检出有机磷6种,分别是水胺硫磷、对硫磷、三唑磷、磷胺、丙溴磷、马拉硫磷;超标样品2件,超标率为2.9%,其中菠菜中对硫磷检测结果最高值超出国家标准限值130倍。拟除虫菊酯类农药总检出率55.7%,其中60件蔬菜检出37件,10件水果检出氰戊菊酯农药2件;检测的70件蔬菜和水果中超标样品有7件,超标率为10%。[结论]我区蔬菜、水果中农药残留依然严重,而农药的高检出率是本区农药中毒发生率高的主要原因,需要加大监督管理力度,保证百姓身体健康,且农药残留在人体内慢性蓄积所引起的远期危害不容忽视。
[Objective] To understand the pesticide residues in some vegetables and fruits in Tongzhou District. [Method] The residues of organophosphorus, organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticides in vegetables and fruits were determined by capillary gas chromatography and solid-phase extraction. [Result] 70 samples of vegetables and fruits from 2007 to 2008 were detected, and none of the dicofol in organochlorine was detected. The detection rate of organic phosphorus was 12.9%. Six kinds of organic phosphorus were detected, including isocarbophos, parathion, triazophos, phosphamidone, profenofos, and malathion; two samples exceeded the standard Was 2.9%, of which the highest value of parathion in spinach test results exceeded the national standard limit of 130 times. Pyrethroid pesticides the total detection rate of 55.7%, of which 60 vegetables were detected 37, 10 fruits detected fenvalerate pesticides 2; 70 vegetables and fruits exceeded the sample of 7, exceeding the rate Is 10%. [Conclusion] The pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits in our district are still serious. The high detection rate of pesticides is the main reason for the high incidence of pesticide poisoning in this area.
