以等温凝固试验为基本手段 ,研究了四种不同 B含量 ( wt% ) (无 B,0 .0 2 B,0 .0 4 B,0 .0 7B)IC6合金的凝固行为 ,明确了 B含量对 IC6合金凝固过程的影响。研究结果表明 ,B含量对合金液相线、次生γ′的析出次序与析出温度影响不大 ,但能使合金固相线显著下降 (从而使合金的凝固范围变宽 ) ;同时 ,B含量的增加还促进了合金中低熔点相 M3B2 的析出并使合金枝晶间的液池在很宽的温度范围内保持连通。此外 ,经等温凝固分析 ,高硼 ( 0 .0 7wt% ) IC6合金理论上具有最佳可铸性。
The isothermal solidification test was taken as the basic measure to study the solidification behavior of four kinds of alloys with different contents of B (wt%) (no B, 0.022 B, 0.04 B, 0.07 B) Effect of Solidification on IC6 Alloy. The results show that the content of B has little effect on the precipitation order and precipitation temperature of liquid phase and secondary γ ’, but can significantly decrease the solidus of the alloy (thus widening the solidification range). Meanwhile, the content of B The addition also promotes the precipitation of M3B2 in the low melting point phase of the alloy and keeps the liquid pool between the alloy dendrites in communication over a wide temperature range. In addition, after isothermal solidification analysis, high boron (0.07wt%) IC6 alloy theoretically has the best castability.
