南水北调入京后将参与全市供水系统联合调度。北京处于总干渠末端,由于多种原因,存在供水风险,尤其是工业生活供水遭到破坏,将造成重大损失。针对长系列供水、最不利来水、南水北调中线工程断水三种情况,以工业生活供水缺水量作为衡量供水破坏所遭受的损失,进行供水风险初探,并提出了减免供水风险的对策与措施。
