针对面阵CCD测温系统的复杂性及对波长的不可选择性,提出了一种利用线阵CCD进行温度测量的方法,并在2.5kW热处理炉上对其进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,该方法简单易行,可任意选择波长组合,利用CCD光谱响应及比色测温原理,得到了测量点的温度值。由于受波长等多种因素的影响,所测得的值之间偏差较大。为了减小误差,引入了加权实时数据融合算法。与传统的算术均值方法相比,该算法计算量小,精度较高,且无需任何先验知识,仅根据各传感器的输出信息就能使融合后的估计值得到优化。 Aiming at the complexity of the array CCD temperature measurement system and its non-selectivity to the wavelength, a method of temperature measurement using a linear CCD is proposed. The temperature of measurement point is obtained by using CCD spectral response and colorimetric temperature measurement principle. Due to the wavelength and other factors, the deviation between measured values ​​is larger. In order to reduce the error, a weighted real-time data fusion algorithm is introduced. Compared with the traditional arithmetic mean method, the proposed algorithm has the advantages of low computational complexity, high accuracy and without any priori knowledge. The fusion estimate can be optimized based on the output of each sensor.
