介绍了冷锻模具的主要失效形式及影响失效的主要因素,重点阐述了基于应变、应力和能量的冷锻模具寿命评估模型,得出这些模型的国外学者考虑了模具的应力应变状态、疲劳破坏规律、模具材料性能和预应力的影响,应用其从多个角度评估了模具寿命并与真实值相比较。此外,进一步介绍了国内学者对冷锻模具损伤模型和寿命评估的研究成果。最后指出建立有效的损伤模型和寿命评估方法仍需要大量的研究工作,并从试验研究、损伤模型、寿命评估方法等方面对冷锻模具寿命评估提出展望。
The main failure modes of the cold forging die and the main factors affecting the failure are introduced. The life assessment models of cold forging dies based on strain, stress and energy are emphatically described. The foreign scholars who come to these models consider the stress-strain state of the die, fatigue failure Law, mold material properties and prestressing, the die life is evaluated from multiple perspectives and compared with the true value. In addition, the research results of the domestic scholars on the cold forging die damage model and life assessment are further introduced. Finally, it is pointed out that there is still a great deal of research work to establish an effective damage model and life assessment method, and the future life prediction of cold forging die is put forward from the aspects of experimental research, damage model and life assessment method.
