随着市场经济的不断发展,城市建设也在迅速扩张,特别是高层建筑,如雨后春笋拔地而起。但放眼当今整个建筑市场,存在着纵多质量问题,特别是屋面渗漏问题更是普遍存在,它严重影响房屋的正常使用功能,缩短房屋的使用寿命。本文结合融信漳州酒店项目,对屋面防水工程质量控制进行探讨,本工程屋面防水等级为Ⅱ级,设计如下:钢筋混凝土屋面板→1:3水泥砂浆找坡找平层→4mm厚改性沥青防水卷材→复合硅酸盐板100mm→40mm厚细石混凝土保护找坡层→20mm厚1:3水泥砂浆找平层→10mm厚1:3水泥砂浆保护层一次赶光。

It seriously affects the normal use of housing and shortens the service life of housing. This article combined with the project of Rongxin Zhangzhou Hotel, to discuss the quality control of roofing waterproofing project. The waterproofing grade of the roof of this project is Grade Ⅱ, and the design is as follows: reinforced concrete roofing board → 1: 3 cementing mud looking for slope leveling layer → 4mm thick modified asphalt waterproofing Coil → composite silicate board 100mm → 40mm thick fine stone concrete protection to find slope → 20mm thick 1: 3 cement mortar leveling → 10mm thick 1: 3 cement mortar protective layer once the light.
