建立了合成革中二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)的同时测定方法。采用超声波辅助乙腈对样品进行1次萃取,萃取时间30min,萃取液经膜过滤后,采用带氢离子火焰检测器的气相色谱(GC-FID)进行检测。方法对DMF和NMP的检测限分别为20mg/kg和10mg/kg,回收率分别在93%~104%和96%~109%之间,重复性(RSD)分别在3%~11%和4%~12%之间。对40块聚氨酯合成革进行了检测,DMF检出率为80%,含量在21~438mg/kg之间,NMP检出率为30%,含量在12~93mg/kg之间。
The simultaneous determination of dimethylformamide (DMF) and N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP) in synthetic leather was established. The sample was extracted with ultrasonic-assisted acetonitrile for 30 min. The extract was filtered through a membrane and detected by gas chromatography with hydrogen ion flame detector (GC-FID). The detection limits of DMF and NMP were 20mg / kg and 10mg / kg respectively, and the recoveries were between 93% and 104% and 96% and 109%, respectively.
