目的 为了比较不同类型白血病细胞核基质蛋白质的差异,找出不同类型白血病细胞核基质蛋白的特点。方法 应用高盐法抽提法抽提出白血病细胞核基质蛋白,SDS—PAGE分析几种类型白血病细胞核基质蛋白的变化。结果 不同类型白血病细胞的核基质蛋白质成分有明显差异,并与正常细胞相比均有新的核基质蛋白成分的出现。结论 不同细胞类型的白血病细胞核基质蛋白质有各自的特点,与正常相应细胞相比新出现的核基质蛋白成分可能与白血病的发生发展有关。
Objective To find out the characteristics of nuclear matrix proteins in different types of leukemia cells in order to compare the differences in nuclear matrix proteins of different types of leukemia cells. Methods The nuclear matrix protein of leukemia cells was extracted by high salt extraction method. The changes of nuclear matrix proteins in several types of leukemia cells were analyzed by SDS-PAGE. Results There were significant differences in the nuclear matrix protein composition of different types of leukemia cells, and there were new nuclear matrix protein components compared with normal cells. Conclusion Different cell types of leukemic nuclear matrix proteins have their own characteristics. The new nuclear matrix protein components may be related to the occurrence and development of leukemia.
