食品安全的道德成因主要包括食品生产经营企业价值观的错位、政府监管者的责任心不强和消费者的道德冷漠等。如果直接对食品经营相关者提出较高要求是不现实的,因此,食品经营相关者要从内心建立一道底线道德戒律,树立尊重生命的价值观,坚持诚实守信,以己所不欲勿施于人的衡量标准做事情,不越轨、不超界地约束自己的行为,对解决食品安全问题多有裨益。
