研究对象为尼日利亚博契市及附近农村居民共756人(男397人、女359人),年龄4～40岁。其中包括14例营养不良儿童,另有一组年龄、性别相当的正常儿童可作比较。接种 A 群和 C 群脑膜炎球菌菌苗0.5ml。于接种前及接种后1个月测定血浆免疫球蛋白和脑膜炎球菌多糖抗体。
The research object is 756 people (397 males and 359 females) in Boti City and nearby rural areas in Nigeria, aged 4 ~ 40 years old. Including 14 malnourished children, and another group of normal children of comparable age and gender. Inoculate group A and group C meningococcal vaccine 0.5ml. Plasma immunoglobulins and meningococcal polysaccharide antibodies were measured before inoculation and one month after inoculation.
