通过TEM研究了Au-Ni-Fe-Cr-In-Zr合金显微组织与性能表明,合金中大量的分散相粒子对合金起弥散强化作用;超过600℃退火,合金强度与硬度反常升高的现象与尚未回溶的分散相粒子对晶界迁移的阻碍作用有关;合金中还发现三种未知的g相,ω相和η相。
The microstructure and properties of Au-Ni-Fe-Cr-In-Zr alloy were studied by TEM. The results showed that a large amount of dispersed phase particles in the alloy played the role of dispersion strengthening. When annealed at 600 ℃, the strength and hardness of the alloy increased abnormally The phenomenon is related to the obstruction of the grain boundary migration of dispersed phase particles that have not been dissolved; three kinds of unknown g phase, ω phase and η phase are also found in the alloy.
