成县西狭项目区坡耕地水土综合整治项目以梯田建设为重点,目的是减少水土流失、改善山丘区农业生产条件和生态环境、促进农村产业结构调整和农民增收、巩固退耕还林成果、保障国家粮食安全。总结了项目建设的主要做法与经验,包括加强宣传力度、提高思想认识,强化组织领导、靠实工作责任,坚持预防为主、转变防治意识,加强技术保障、提高治理效益,采取“三近”原则、因地制宜、集中规模治理,并且提出了项目建设亟待解决的问题以及针对这些问题的思考。
The project of comprehensive improvement of soil and water conservation in slope farmland in Chengxian Xixia project area focuses on the construction of terraces.
