在甘蓝型油菜中发现一个非常优良的不育源─—TPS雄性不育系,本研究通过远缘杂交和连续回交等手段,把TPS不育胞质从甘蓝型油菜转入青菜,选育出3个回交五代的青菜TPS不育系即青1A;青2A;青3A。不育系的不育性彻底而稳定,没有发现任何低温黄化、蜜腺退化和花器畸形等不良的细胞质负效应,群体基本稳定一致,结实性状良好。现已进入杂交组合测配阶段。
A very good male sterile line-TPS male sterile line was found in Brassica napus. In this study, TPS sterile cytoplasm was transferred from Brassica napus to cabbage by distant crossing and continuous backcrossing. Breeding Out of three back to five generations of vegetables TPS CMS is green 1A; 2A; Green 3A. The sterility of CMS was completely and stably. No adverse cytoplasmic effects such as hypothermia, nectary degeneration and flower deformity were found. The population was basically stable and consistent with good traits. Has now entered the hybrid combination measuring stage.
